Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply for all OmniTRANS training courses.

When registering for an OmniTRANS course, you agree to these conditions.

General

• Comprehensive written reference material and exercises are provided;
• Lunch and refreshments are provided;
• Courses are held on a regular basis in our dedicated training centre in Deventer (Netherlands), and can also be provided on-site, on another location or country, by negotiation;
• A minimum of 3 participants is needed for each training course;
• The refresher course has a minimum of 4 participants;
• Courses are filled on a first come, first served basis according to the date we receive your registration;
• Omnitrans reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient registrations. Late registrations will be accepted if space is available;
• 10% discount on courses if you have a maintenance contract.

Cancellation

• A participant may cancel a course registration in writing by mail, e-mail or fax;
• If you want to cancel registration for a course and you do this at least one month before the beginning of the course, we are forced to charge you 10% of the course amount in connection with the administrative costs that we have made;
• If you sign off five days or less before the beginning of the course, then you will pay the full amount owed to us for the course.

Replacement

• If you are unable to participate in a course for which you have registered, you can be replaced by a colleague. You have to inform us at least one day in advance.
