Collaboration between Transport Modellers, Planners and Stakeholders

OmniTRANS fosters the collaboration between transport modellers, planners and other stakeholders. Transport modellers develop the traffic models which involve

• preparation of the input demand and infrastructure data,
• development of the modelling jobs adapted to the specifics of the situation under study,
• definition of scenarios, and
• development of output specifications for a clear visual presentation of results.

Transport planners use OmniTRANS and the models developed by the previous group to run variations on the scenarios, to visualise and analyse the results.

The OmniTRANS visualisation and data analysis functionality facilitate the communication with all the stakeholders and provide an invaluable source of information which can satisfy other organisational needs.
