Because of Microsoft security reasons, the OmniTRANS help file (CHM) is blocked for Windows SP2 and higher (message: "Navigation to the website was cancelled"). Right-click on the CHM file and click "properties" in the bottom of the menu. Now, click the "unblock" button and the CHM file opens well.
