Meet our Team


In 2009 Omnitrans International was large enough to start managing the company in different teams. There are three teams:

 

  • Concepts; responsible for external and OmniTRANS related custom software projects
  • Development; responsible for developing the next version of OmniTRANS
  • Maintenance; responsible for client support, such as help desk, bug fixes and training.

 

All three teams have fixed budgets and fixed targets. Next to these three groups we have special departments specifically responsible for marketing and sales. Because we want to continually improve our internal processes and the quality of our software we also have a Quality Assurance officer.
